FlowWatch™ is a real time viewer of all network charging and mediation sources. It captures data in wide range of points across all network layers, in particular where one module of the network interconnects with another, a protocol is converted or changed, a data stream is buffered, recorded or read and so and so forth. The user interface is in a fully graphic format, which makes the product easy to use and customer friendly.

LeakAlarm™ is an event monitor that is capable of handling any kind of irregularity in your mediation, rating and provisioning system in real time. The product works using the data collected by FlowWatch. Checking in real time any discrepancies in the data flow it compares the current data to the average data from previous periods preliminary set levels. LeakAlarm™ automatically detects leakages and generates instant alerts by e-mail or SMS. On-line demonstrations are available by request.

InvoiceControl™ is used for the reconciliation of all services invoiced to post-paid customers. It compares the customers invoiced revenue with the revenue billed and revenue captured by the post-paid billing system. Demonstrations on a running system are available by request.
